“Dear Mim, I would like to thank you for the photo session you did with my family in August this year.  We enjoyed the session because of your relaxed friendly approach, which was enough to put the most apprehensive subject at ease.  On that particular morning our autistic son was not in the best frame of mind and I rather feared we might not get any good shots of him.  He was only composed and cooperative for about 30 seconds out of the hour and a half – but we were amazed that you managed to capture some great images of him.  The one of him looking down through the conservatory roof whilst attempting to climb out of his bedroom window is a particular favourite.  Seriously, you caught his pleasure in his mischief.

You also chose some unusual background elements which really add to the photos, the purple hammock in the trees and the dusty garage door.  My daughter says that the latter makes her look “really urban” which is good I think.  We also liked the fact that everyone got a look in; Wuffy the dog, Tabs the cat and even the prized Hydrangeas – all brought to life by your lens.
